I was expecting to speak with the contractor and it turns out that I was speaking to a sales associate who was going to direct me to a “professional contractor”. I was not pleased. In the future, I hope they will make it more clear with their website/listing that this company is a broker. If I wanted to work with a broker, I would have called one in the first place.
