Ross is the best auto salesman in the area! I found my dream truck on their lot and immediately went for a test drive and more information. I noticed a few minor issues with the truck I was interested in purchasing and Ross and the owner worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem all with me not having to come out of pocket. To fellow buyers: Look elsewhere to buy. Change review to 1 star I requested to cancel the extended warranty on my car. It’s been more than 6 months at that time (2023-2024) they initially responded, then completely ignored my follow-up messages and phone calls. I never received confirmation or a refund, and the warranty was never cancelled.
