Visit Sunshine regularly, the staff are extremely caring and attentive to the needs of the patients. Love walking in and seeing Marlene's big smile and from the moment I walk in feeling like home. Then as I make my way to my "baby" seeing the CNAs treating him with such dignity and care and the Nurses treating him like he is their own. Several nurses are like aunts at this point. We are so appreciative to everyone there. No one should ever need to put a child there but if you do than rest assured they are in good hands

Sunshine is a place where medically challenged children receive the best care possible. It's not a hospital but they provide a ICU level of care.

Administrator involved herself in a parental dispute and threatened the court if one parent will get custody she will throw the kid out of the home .... Also the doctor would not support parents request for specialists...... Also only minimum rehab pt ot and almost no speech therapists...... They sent a kid to a specialist that was not in the kids best interest ( for continue visits and pay) Meanwhile not sending to the real specialist.... Parents couldn't even speak to ombudsman...
