I waited all day called several times to find out at the end of the day the service guy had an emergency. I understand stand things happen and I hope the service man is okay but to lead someone so they do not have the time to go with someone else shows this is not a company to be trusted. I would not let these people into your house.
I am so impressed with the service I received The technicians were on time courteous and did an amazing job They cleaned my carpets thoroughly and removed every stain My home smells fresh and the carpets look like new I will definitely use them again
