We had Mitchell (from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning) come by 2 days before Christmas & had him clean the carpets & 2 pieces of furniture. I had a few issues, however - considering it was the holidays, I didn't review or contact them right away. I tried the bottle of Spot Cleaner he gave me, but that didn't help with the High Traffic Areas... So, on the 29th I emailed them and when I heard back, they had put us on the schedule right away and today Mitchell came back out and recleaned those problem areas. Technicians were professional,knowledgeable and clean. They cleaned my carpets , eliminating the pet odors and stains. I had used them in the past and will continue to use them. I highly recommended.
