5 Star : My Experience My experience was seamless, from getting an estimate, to planning the repair with Heather, to assisting me with my rental car, to the actual repair, which was completed on time. The repair of the door is flawless. Tom even touched up a few little nicks in the paint on the bumper for me. Both Heather and Tom stayed in communication with me via text and/or phone call.
