5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality I had my side mirror replaced after I was sideswiped. Insurance paid for it, and the mirror used was from another car, so not a brand new one. I know this is a common practice and was fine with it. My only issue was that once I got on the highway there was a vibration of the mirror. Not the entire casing, but just the actual mirror.
