CROOKS! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This place and these people are crooks. Apparently I have to give at least one star. That is not only far too generous it is insulting. A score of zero is not bad enough for these people. My daughter bought a car to get to and from school only miles from home......so an in town car. Paid 2200, she put new tires on $500. I got a truck less than a week it went bad then two months later my timing belt goes bad now I'm down a car then they give me another bogus car to drive when he knew the car was bad but I contacted BBB this not the first time this happened I'm so pissed don't buy from this place
Purchased a 2007 vw Passat. Low tire pressure light was on. I asked why and was told they aired up a tire it would reset after so many miles. Got the car home in the morning the car doesn't start and tires flat. After attempts to start it it starts take it in there is a nail in the tire and 2 tires leaking air. I'm looking to purchase a car from you,wondering if you have any type of return policy...some of the comments i've read aren't very reassuring...just wondering if you stand by your unhappy customers.
Not overly pleased...I bought a car and drove it for 5 days to have the transmission disintegrate without any signs of anything being wrong. I have called when they told me to call back and they have had my car for almost 2 weeks got the wrong transmission to put in so they had to order the right one and I'm still not entirely sure when I'm getting my car back...in my opinion this shouldn't cost me anything to get fixed because I had the car for 5 days.
