My mother was not being treated well, dirty hair, finger nails, unbeleivable dust,, depressed...They would not bring her OUTSIDE for a visit. And it smelled. I finally moved her. She has gained 5 lbs. And they kept my deposit. RUN FROM THIS PLACE
The place was decent three years ago, but after COVID started, they just seem to have let things go,and since family couldn’t visit, there was no accountability. Once it reopened we got my family member out as soon as it was obvious how bad the care had become. AVOID.
