Sunshine animal hospital is without a doubt the best veterinary practice I have ever used. Dr. Twila is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. The whole clinic treats your pet like family. My family just went through the pain of putting one of our dogs down. He had lymphoma, which has no cure. He was young and sweet and we are devastated, but everyone at the clinic did everything they could to ease our suffering. Yesterday my dog managed to detach her lower lip from her jaw while playing fetch. The staff at Sunshine Animal Hospital was able to fit her in immediately without an appointment and were able to fix her up. They were so friendly, from the front desk staff to the vet technicians and veterinarians. Thank you all so very much! You all took such wonderful care of my baby! Very caring staff. They clearly love their pet patients.
I love these folks, led by Dr. Twilla. Dr. Mark treated my dog from 10 weeks old until her passing at 14 years old. They are compassionate, and clearly love their pet patients. Even after moving to Land O Lakes, I continued to bring Peanut to their office on Waters. Last Saturday, after my baby was clearly struggling, they showed such compassion in what would be Peanut’s last visit. I am so grateful to the entire staff and especially Dr. Mark Twilla .. They take such excellent care of every animal I have ever taken there. Dr. Mark always takes the time to explain every step of what’s happening to help lessen my anxiety. The entire staff is always understanding and compassionate , even when some of us pet parents become overly emotional over our fur babies.
