We have had this company for awhile, about 8 years for maintaining our unit and we have had multiple problems with the maintenance and they seem to not be resolved. We called in for algae coming out of drain and water dripping out of unit recently, not a no cool like invoice stated. Tech came same day and said drain was clear. I looked at drain pan after tech left and pan was filled with sludge and pipe from pan to outside was clogged. Have pictures to prove and sent them to them. Contacted Sunshine Air when it got cold and our system was down. Had same day service and their experienced tech was able to diagnose a tricky issue where both our heat and AC were running at the same time (and the AC was winning)!
I was turning right at a green light about 430pm to go south on 41 I had a green light beginning my turn Truck shot through fast cutting me off in the middle of my turn I had to brake Driver then went into the cigar bar parking lot I presume there must be a reason to endanger others Shocked at how risking others lives and property mattered so little This was t just an angry driver here I couldn’t believe how a driver hammered it cutting us off in the middle of our right on green Employees are a reflection of the business GPS... read more
