Worst foster home!!! Mom’s room was in a converted garage, cooling system was a ceiling fan and heating was a small space heater. We weren’t allowed to visit mom unless we got permission a week in advance. Then we had to visit in a small room across from the kitchen so the owner Linda Avalos could overhear our conversations and report back to mom’s guardian.
