I needed a jet ski delivered with one week's notice ahead of Labor Day weekend and Brett was able to make it work! Communication was great, as were delivery, pick up, and the jet ski itself. Would definitely use again!
Brett and his team made our two boat-rental days easy and fun! (August 2024) The drop-off was on time and instructions were clear. They kept in good communication throughout the day about when we wanted to meet them back at the launch for a pickup. We had wanted to go on West Traverse Bay one day, but Brett suggested another inland lake the day prior because the wind was going to be too much in the bay. Booked a trip up North for the wife's birthday and had reserved a jet ski as learning to ride is on her bucket list. Unfortunately, 2 days before the trip I was in an accident and wound up in the hospital with a punctured lung, broken ribs and collar bone. Still in the hospital, I contacted Aussie Water Sports to cancel the reservation. Due to my accident not occurring within the cancellation period, my deposit was not refunded. We love this place! We rent the tritoon every summer and always have a blast. The boat is always delivered clean and in fantastic shape! It comes with a tube and rope and the kids have a blast tubing. The customer service is top notch. They have always been on time for delivery and pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Aussie Watersports boat rental. We are always so happy on the water! Thanks for the memories!
