Upon opening the door to our room there was trash on the floor. Some parts of the rooms were not even vacuumed. There was food and trash on the balcony. Very dirty sliding glass doors and streaks all over any glass that was supposedly cleaned. Found items of previous tenants in several rooms, as well. One of the TV's and blow dryers did not work. And someone from an above balcony threw a half eaten sandwich and lit cigarette into the back of my husband's truck that burned his liner. Management needs to step up their cleaning... read more

Terrible service everytime I spoke with front desk. literally told us there was no where to park when we were staying here just because we got a 2 bedroom and had two family vehicles. Didn’t bring what we asked when we called either.

Here at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites, we offer free reserved parking for resort guests. We have one reserved parking space per two-bedroom suite, two reserved spaces per three-bedroom suite, and limited unreserved spaces for guest use on a first-come basis. We stayed for 3 nights and had absolutely great customer service the rooms were nice and clean and spacious for me my husband and 4 kids 2 being under 1. The hotel is very family friendly and such amazing views . Just a great experience all around
very clean inside the rooms and outside amenities. we well definitely stay there again.
My family enjoyed everything about our stay. I could not say enough about the staff and the room. We were kind Of worried with all the pandemic fears, but even before we arrived the staff made us feel comfortable that they had things in place to keep the family safe. The grounds are extremely clean and taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and well put together. Great pool and hot tub. My family would recommend this and we are already planning on going back!
