Pros: Rent is dirt cheap, and the interior space isn't bad for the price. The other tenants are generally friendly and respectful. Cons: There has been an ongoing noise problem over the fence at a nearby residential property. The neighbors own six dogs which are constantly kept outside and barking 24/7. It's unlivable. Angela is amazing! She works so hard to keep the property nice and clean. She also keeps the community safe by walking the apartments every day I see her walking the parking lots. She helped me with moving in. Any work orders are done with in an hour! Jose is great! I’ve never had a pest control issue.
