This is my second experience in apartment living. I have always lived with my mom in an owned house until November of last year, and my first apartment and living independently experience was horrendous. I won't get into details; but it was absolutely traumatic. I am honestly so glad circumstances brought me to this complex to have the experience I have had with the front office women; and Angela (property manager) has honestly been wonderful to me. I have the best experience. Angela the property manager is always on top of things. When my sink had a leak she got her maintenance man to my apartment right away to fix it. Angela also helped with my move in. I was able to move in within a week of my application so issues. I highly recommend
I have lived here.5 years, and the place is all anyone could hope for. Angela is the manager, and anytime there is any kind of issue she is immediately all over it, always with a smile. The property itself is always clean and quiet. There are no trespassing signs and that policy is enforced. The pool is kept clean consistently. I'm so happy to be here!!!
I would like to compliment Angela the manager for an outstanding, informative tour. She obtained my preferences for floor plan options, affordability,. accommodations and convenience. She was professional and customer service-oriented. She was very effective and efficient. I was convinced that Sunset would be a place to call home.
