I think we're on our 3rd or 4th new part-time, not onsite managers in about as many years. Each time tenants need to start at square one about delinquent repairs and listen to the art of deflecting, ignoring or BSing they must be taught in manager class. I hear of worse. just get EVERYTHING in writing AND AN inspection.
