Sunset village is closed down it’s called Bradley hills now it’s a very nice place to live
Terrible management always changing owners and recent one just raised rent from 550 to 850 not worth at all.

New management since many reviews here were written. Great value for the price considering other options in the area. $450 for everything except electric and cable. My Consumers bill is ~$30/mo depending on heat usage (clean your fridge coils and save a little more ;-) The area is generally quiet, not alot of riff-raff around. Its in a decent part of town, sits within a mile of the hospital and Kettering University.
