I cannot say enough good things about Sunset View. Everyone I dealt with at the company was so helpful. Bree and Erica always returned my calls. My salesman, Mike Smale, came out several times to answer questions and help me through the process. He was always so patient with me. On day of install, Titus and Tom came to do my windows and front door. They were respectful, courteous, friendly and very professional. The cleanup was amazing. We had an excellent experience with Sunset View. We chose them because they keep their service team in-house, and their rates were the most competitive among the estimates we gathered. David, who came to do the estimate, was our main point of contact throughout the whole process. Pro's and cons with Sunset Pro is sales rep, Con communication, I now have to work with window manufacturer to get issues corrected. Issues that have been there since install Hand print and streaking smudges between glass Cleaning window does not help

We had 6 doors replaced along with our front large window and several other windows with hurricane impact windows in my commercial building. This was a week long, involved process to install all doors/windows. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the installers. They were very concerned to not make a larger mess in my office as well as protecting our machinery. I would recommend Sunset View to anyone looking for quality products and install.

If I was able to give this company ten stars I would do it. The work that was done from Rodney's precise measurements, to Titus and Tom's flawless installation and the entire office staff of Erica, Brie, Patricia and Doug's helpfulness causes me to make such a comment. I feel such relief to know I have PGT aluminum impact windows with Low E & argon gas installed. Immediately I could feel a difference in the reduction of heat that was entering my condo due to the Low E glass, etc. I am so thankful I used this company because ... read more
