To the last review about it's cleaner and better maintained... That's not what I've noticed. In fact I was wondering if they still had a manager on site because it's really gone downhill quite a bit in last 6 months.
Brittney, our manager, has been doing a wonderful job with all the improvements around the community. I have noticed a huge difference around the Sunset View Property since she has been the manager here. I have noticed that overall the property seems safer and cleaner.

I currently live here, and if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They’re charging us 1,700 for a two bedroom in an apartment complex that doesn’t have a gym, the laundry machines are all broken and have dog hair, and the elevator has a new smell everyday. They’re currently leasing another two bedroom for 200 dollars cheaper after they raised our rent. Also the managers are super rude. Don’t move here.
