I currently live here, and if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They’re charging us 1,700 for a two bedroom in an apartment complex that doesn’t have a gym, the laundry machines are all broken and have dog hair, and the elevator has a new smell everyday. They’re currently leasing another two bedroom for 200 dollars cheaper after they raised our rent. Also the managers are super rude. Don’t move here.
The building has leaks in every apartment & management refuses to find or repair the leaks which is causing major mold problems which is also being ignored. The current onsite landlord is a drunk who doesn't like to be bothered by the tenants AT ALL. She also has a tendency to enter apartments without giving 48hr notice & then lies about it saying the notice must have fallen off the door or another tenant removed it. Yea leaks in every apartment. New manager is trying to make repairs but the building need a major work and the owner will never spend that kind of money so this building is a slum until then.
