We have a cabin rented for this week. (HURRICANE coming right through gulf shores) A mandatory evacuation has been issued and they will not refund our money or at least let us reschedule. Very unkind! Which after reading all the reviews it doesn’t surprise me. I wish we would have read them prior to booking. Lesson learned.
Horrible experience with this rental company - save your money. They don’t call you back , they take your money and leave you with whatever problems there are. After getting our check they didn’t respond to us- canceled our check in date bc the owners wanted to have a party. Kept the money even though we didn’t stay for that night, horrible. Most awful rental I have ever experience .

Charge me the $125 it cost you to replace the parking pass.
Beware of these owners of the listing “La Playa Grande”. They cancelled our rental for Labor Day three weeks prior to our dates without any explanation but blamed it on the “pandemic”. They even took half of the payment at booking including a “$1000 COVID cleaning fee”. Yellow bird issued a standardized apology via email but again, did not provide an explanation and wouldn’t even give us a call back which was extremely unprofessional. I’m so very disappointed and upset about what I just experienced. We stayed at Moonlight Bay with Resort and the first thing we noticed is the horrible condition the screens on the porches were in when we arrived. They were duct taped and we tried to retape them several times. The kick plate on the screen door would not stay in...had to fix it several times. Booked a last minute trip with them, was happy with the booking process and agents, but VERY disappointed in the state and cleanliness of the rental and the lack of response to my concerns. While the location and size of the unit were great, the unit is in serious need of a full deep clean of the kitchen, and some updating/repair work, (potential safety hazard/soft spot in the bedroom floor covered by a rug, broken blinds, lamps didn't work, no accessible outlets in living room or bedrooms, only one bedroom has AC) . We stayed at the Ohana house and it was beautiful. We had no issues with the property at all. We will definitely be renting again with Seachange Vacation Rentals!
