I moved in one week ago and my experience here has been nothing but positive. Nancy and Rick have been more than helpful. The building is super clean. Tenants here are amazing. More than friendly. The apartment is warm, there's no lack of hot water. Doesn't matter what time of day you shower. I'm in a renovated apartment, I have brand new stainless steel appliances, new sinks, taps, brand new flooring throughout. So far a great experience. Nicely appointed units. If you can afford the rent, don't have any problem paying dead money to the property management/ landlord, go for it. Perhaps you can save towards a down-payment & manage your own property. This building is for the OMERS pension set. Having said all of the above, they really do have a lovely building with beautiful views. Thanks again to the gentleman who showed me two available apartments.

My apartment smelled very strongly of cigarettes, it was repainted prior to me moving in over tape etc. The windows are old and howl loudly in the wind and the refrigerator sounds like a barking dog. The other residents are extremely likeable and friendly this was the best part. On moving out the managers were very tardy opening for the movers yelling that they will come when they are ready and that us tenants think we own the building. Helped my Wife move her friend into this building a week ago. Apartment was a typical apartment. Torn screens on windows and patio door but otherwise was ok I guess. Many people complaining about elevators not working and water being shutoff every week. I do not live here. Simply giving honest impression. I wouldn't want to live here for price. $1750 for 1 bedroom. $1950 for 2 bedroom. Ouch
