Trey and his staff cared for my mother for a few years before she passed away. They are compassionate and go above and beyond in helping with loved ones. Trey showed up at the hospital and he really cares genuinely for his patients. He will fix the TV, deliver food and whatever it takes to assist in caring for your loved ones. I think he went far beyond just a fee for service provider, he and his staff enjoy what they do and it showed in every touch point we had with them. Could not recommend them enough.
Trey and his team were so good to work with! During our photo shoot they were extremely flexible. Looking forward to working with them again soon!
I’m only writing this to respond to Bridgette’s message. I worked with the company for roughly 6 months. This is a fairly new company so of course there’s a lot of things that had to be worked out. Bridgette was promoted to head caregiver and neglected her duties and responsibilities many, many times. While she has a CNA license, she is not qualified or professional by any means. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES UNLESS YOU WHITE OR CLIENTS WELL BEING THEY DONT FOLLOW LABOR LAWS AND THEY DONT FOLLOW HEALTH CARE LAWS THE OWNER DONT RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS AND THE EMPLOYEES DONT HAVE 16HOUR OF HEALTHCARE TRAINING…….I WILL NOT LET THIS COMPANY CARE FOR NONE OF MY LOVE ONES HAVE BLESS DAY
I’m not sure where to start. I didn’t call Sunset total care. I was desperate and reached out to someone don’t remember who. But Mr Trey called the next day and talked to my husband and setup our appointment. I need to say that we had already talked to 3 other companies and tried two which didn’t work out.
