Good morning Sunshine is how they greet you at Sunrise🌞 My hero friend Lori called her hero friend Chris @ Sunrise to help this damsel in distress … I thought my mechanic was taking care of my car but come to find out I was cruising toward disaster. Chris took photos and did complete diagnostic assessment to discern necessary repairs … I went with the whole enchilada because I trust Chris and the Sunrise Car Care family. My Volvo got its groove back so we can head out on the highway safely from Sunrise to Sunset
I had a brief but very lovely experience with Sunrise. My car broke down and I was grateful to be able to pull into their lot, but it was after hours. I was so nervous to leave my keys behind with an unknown shop, but Jose called after I left to say he saw that I had left them, brought them in to be safe. Very reassuring! Every conversation I had with them was friendly & cheerful. The diagnostic fee seems high compared to my usual shop, but I was in no position argue as I needed to get my car back asap. I came to Sunrise Car Care to get new tires right before having my baby, and they truly went above and beyond. Chris was so kind and made sure everything was handled quickly and safely. I really appreciated how thoughtful and professional he was during such a stressful time.
