Horrible!!!! All the kids are bad af and there is garbage on the ground every 3 feet... Not to mention people bumping music at 3am cause nobody has any respect for anything. Did I mention every liquor bottle thrown in the yards (everyday) always gets smashed, and there's always broken glass all over the entire street. Haven’t even lived there but the experience I got from just calling made my decision for me the woman who answered screamed in my ear cause she couldn’t hear me then when I ask to speak someone else I got hung up on then she couldn’t find my file and got mad she couldn’t spell my name then proceeded to scream once again cause she couldn’t hear me spelling my name but it’s just like most places in Racine money hungry and rude
