Leasing at Rouch Rentals was quite a bad experience. The place is too small and comes with a cheap and noisy window AC located in the living room. The place has poor insulation and the floor planning is very bad. Heating comes from wall electric heaters, which are quite inefficient. Our energy bill averaged $200/month.
