I do not recommend living here; considering the price, you have to put up with bad attitudes and harassment from the managers—they are very rude and unpleasant. On top of that, the laundry room is terrible; not everything works, and it isn't clean. The elevator is always dirty, as is the trash area. They give people with pets a hard time, so if you are thinking about moving here with your pet, definitely don't do it!

Be aware that the recent positive reviews on this place are fake. Been living here 10 plus years. This place has the most problems in all of my renting of apartments history. As a black woman, you dont wanna be walked on and just take it. before the fake reviews, it was below 2 stars. Literally nothing has gotten remotely better since then. The place has everything you need to live comfortably, including two parking spaces which is great, and Karla and Marisol do an excellent job and are very friendly.

Karal and Marisol are the administrators of this place. I can say that since we arrived they have been very kind, always willing to listen and take action to improve the conditions of the spaces (apartment, trash cans, among others). I think that should be highlighted about them.
