Be aware that the recent positive reviews on this place are fake. Been living here 10 plus years. This place has the most problems in all of my renting of apartments history. The place has everything you need to live comfortably, including two parking spaces which is great, and Karla and Marisol do an excellent job and are very friendly.
Karal and Marisol are the administrators of this place. I can say that since we arrived they have been very kind, always willing to listen and take action to improve the conditions of the spaces (apartment, trash cans, among others). I think that should be highlighted about them.
This building is always very clean and repairs are taken seriously. The manager Karla is always very professional and generally understanding. She also always has dog treats in her office! My dog always makes a beeline straight for her.
