RecommendedVery clean with a beautiful view and friendly town folk, staff is incredibly friendly. OH and insanely affordable. Need to be on the beach in a good room? Come here! Highly recommend.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are cozy and the fireplace was the icing on the cake. Close the beach and downtown. We’ll definitely be back!

Very unfriendly manager. I was accused of having a dog in my not dog friendly room. I didn't have a dog, and told him to go check for himself. He didn't and gave me a worning, felt like I was being punished. Will never stay there again. And what's up with the nasty pool that is never open...
Even with construction it was an awesome stay. Our room was a great price and when we got here it was exactly what was promised and more. The view is perfect and up close. Just walk across the street to the beach. The extra 10 dollars a night was worth the upgraded room, full ocean view and fireplace :)
This is the place to be, close to beach, vendors, cute shops and awesome restaurants. Clean, friendly, all you need to soak up sun and sand in your toes!!!!
Room smelled like fish red head manager very rude to my wife would like to see different management there. Would be easier to just block the whole hotel for us I guess our money is not good enough for them
The Sunset Surf Motel has a fabulous ocean view and is located in a quiet seaside town. We have visited many times in the past and intend to visit again in the future.
