A sad state of affairs. The shoddy construction can be seen by the keen eye the moment you get out of the car. Take heed of the signs and avoid this place. It's all about cost savings to these people - they couldn't care less about the buyers. The warning signs are all there! Don't ignore the signs.
One of the gigantic signs this place put up blew into the road and almost caused me to get into an accident. These signs are illegal per Fairfax County, but I guess Dream Finders doesn't care.
