One of the gigantic signs this place put up blew into the road and almost caused me to get into an accident. These signs are illegal per Fairfax County, but I guess Dream Finders doesn't care.
Avoid like the plague! I've never seen such cheap construction, and this builder has a history of shoddy work. These people are so disconnected from the real world that they think house hunters look for signs on the road rather than looking online.
Steer clear of these places with a 10-foot pole. I took a look around the other day and they're being built as cheaply as is humanly possible. "Build to last for at least 8 years" ought to the their motto. This is why they have to litter the whole area with ugly signs. Houses in this area that are built with good quality don't need signs - they sell themselves.
