Managers are great! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Manager Gracia is very helpful and very kind! I love living here. Anytime we need a fix, maintenance is always on top to fix it! Good people and good neighbors!
A residence that has potential but is unfortunately poorly managed. The change of manager has brought improvements with a better water supply. However, the staff, especially the reception staff, are incompetent and unpleasant. It's not surprising that there is always a new employee. The common area for the laundry is always dirty and the machines never work properly. Many residents leave. Ive started writing this review maybe a full month before leaving this place! Now im a 24 year old woman, and i moved in when i was 22. At first the apartment seemed great and like a fresh start.
