David, has got to be the biggest push over to run this place. He allows to many things that go against policy to go on for the sake of him not having a back bone. That guy is afraid of confrontation, i don’t like that I have a manager that knows the rules but once confronted his nerves get shot up and he forgets the policy and law behind why the policy is even in place.

NOT A LUXURY LIFESTYLE — ONGOING COCKROACH ISSUE READ OTHER REVIEWS — THIS APPEARS TO BE A PROPERTY-WIDE PROBLEM. HEALTH AGENCIES INVOLVED. I moved in August 2025 expecting a clean, safe place to live. That has not been my experience to say the least.
