If you are looking for a place in West Covina I recommend Sunset Square. I was a resident from October 2022 until just recently. This was my first renting and it was definitely a good experience. The first management company wasn’t the greatest but after Abra Management took over things started changing. Some of the rules changed and were finally enforced.
