This is the first apartment i’ve ever rented and so far it has been a great experience for me and my family. Andrew, the maintenance man, has great communication skills and takes care of our concerns with a smile and responds quickly. Gracie, who works in the office, is very friendly and always ready to listen to any concerns regarding our unit. Been living here for the past six years and the property has gone through extensive changes. The one thing that has not changed is the prompt maintenance. From the previous maintenance person to now Andrew. He is awesome and completes your work orders in a timely manner. Has great customer service skills and communicates with you effective and efficiently. Cristina and Grecia are awesome in the management office, they work with you to have a great experience living at Sunset Square Apartments.

Been living here for about 9 months and never had any issues here. Grecia was very pleasant during move in process. Maintenance team is really good as well and gets things done quick. One of the maintenance workers, Andrew, does a good job of following up/checking in to ensure everything is working and/or fixed properly.
