I’ve been living here for about a year and it has been amazing! Great community and always clean and quiet!
NOT A LUXURY LIFESTYLE — ONGOING COCKROACH ISSUE READ OTHER REVIEWS — THIS APPEARS TO BE A PROPERTY-WIDE PROBLEM. HEALTH AGENCIES INVOLVED. I moved in August 2025 expecting a clean, safe place to live. That has not been my experience to say the least. I’ve been here for a year and the washing machines are always out of order.
Don't let this flood of new 5 and 4 star reviews fool you! If I could give this apartment a zero I would. This place has had roaches and mold for years and they've let residents live in it with no remorse. This new "management" is using them only managing the buildings for 18 months as an excuse as to why they've put people at risk and has barely done anything about it. This is the first apartment i’ve ever rented and so far it has been a great experience for me and my family. Andrew, the maintenance man, has great communication skills and takes care of our concerns with a smile and responds quickly. Gracie, who works in the office, is very friendly and always ready to listen to any concerns regarding our unit.
