Apartment Nice? I was happy when I first moved in because the place was clean even though they placed a disabled person upstairs. But after awhile I noticed that the appliances are all garbage. The dishwasher does not clean and the dryer does not dry. I moved in with the air conditioner not working and had to place a maintenence call. They had to order a part and it held up my moving in, even though I had already paid to do so. The place is not worth it unless you are absolutely in need of the location.
