Cant say enough about this place! Priscilla went out of her way to make our reservation work for the time we needed. She answered every question I had and pretty much met us at the curb to welcome us. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Pool and hottub were kept so clean, as were the grounds. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. i will be back!
Very restful
This is the friendliest most magical little community of permanent residents, vacationers and workers. Most who come, return every year; which goes to show how great it is. The maintenance people and rest of the staff keep it running so well...the rooms and grounds are pristine and the location is absolutely perfect...walk across the street to the best beach or up the street to downtown Carpinteria. There's also a pool, jacuzzi and 3 common areas with new barbecues!
