Best location in Kirkland hands down! Since Ronit has taken over management she has down a phenomenal job in keeping the apartments in great shape. She is super responsive, friendly, positive, professional and truly cares about the people living at Sunset. There has been a lot of improvement inside and around the building. Awesome place to live. The manager and staff are first class!
Location is great but property manager is cheap, clueless, and worthless. Also can hear literally everything - toilets, dogs, sneezing, ect. Good luck
Due to the property managers illegally renting all of the garages to local companies and neighbors we have serious parking, storage and security issues here. They are given out as open ended month to month terms that never expire, so many people run offerup companies out of our parking lot. Having simple requests accomplished by the Property Manager can take at least a week+ (including just responding to simple emails). Love, love Sunset Shores! Management is so accommodating. They take care of the residents like I have never experienced before. The property manager is extremely responsive and genuinely cares. The apartments have nice finishes and are extremely spacious. The property is close to transportation, amazing restaurants & bars and overlooks Lake Washington!
