The new owners more then tripled the rates. Rent here if you like mice, bugs and high prices.
New owners jacked up prices and forced everyone to purchase (19.00) unnecessary insurance per unit.
I was at Sunset with units 324 and 326 for over 20 years. This year, they retired after being great landlords for over 20! Congrats! The new people are great, too! They updated everything so I can pay by phone with a credit or debit card! Yay! They did almost double my rent, but it was so much more convenient that I just emptied one unit so I could afford to keep paying for the other one. This place got bought out in the last month and these scummy new owners doubled their rates during a flood. Garbage.
