The person who answers the phone the most speaks the least amount of english, and it makes every transaction with SSP much more difficult and take longer than it needs to be.
Debit card provided doesn't work about 75% of the time. Bank isn't on file with anyone. Their work around is to run things as credit which sounds sketchy to me. Garbage.
