Awesome credit union. Been a member over 40 years. They're always friendly and helpful for my banking needs. I'm a member of a couple other credit unions, but Sunset Park takes the cake.
.Went in for what I expected would be a quick service, but it ended up taking a little longer because we had to work with one of the bank's partner institutions. That wasn't the bank's fault. Taylor, who was helping us, remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the process. She handled her part quickly and efficiently, and it was clear she had experience navigating situations like this. Her positive attitude made what could have been a frustrating experience much easier.
