Sunset Sands is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. For move out reference they will over charge everything so they don’t have to pay your deposit back. My cars got broken into twice while staying there in less then a year staying there and they said they couldn’t help with anything because their cameras are for there use only!!! Trash is always backed up. Gates are always broken. Plus homeless people breaking in / cops are always showing up 😂😂😂 . Bad experience ever! And they will tow your cars for expire tags 🏷️

Sunset, Sam’s is very very clean. Emmanuel was very helpful throughout the application process. He got me to where I needed to be fairly fast. Responded to me very quickly. Highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a new place to call home. I extremely hope that this will be my home for a long time.
