UPDATE- brittany was the only manager that actually cared and wanted to use the money towards the tenants and not the property owner, since the new property owner bought this place it went to crap, i lived there for almost 4 years, never an issue until the new manager and i moved out and heard so much stuff, also like 2 fires happened when iwas there so be careful with your stuff The apartment over all is not bad, surprisingly it’s very quiet, good neighbors. Sunset Sands, is very very clean. Emmanuel was very helpful throughout the application process. He got me to where I needed to be fairly fast. Responded to me very quickly. Highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a new place to call home. I extremely hope that this will be my home for a long time. The manager Emanuel was so nice and helpful with my moving in process . He answered all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with my new home
DO NOT MOVE HERE MANAGER I have lived at this place for 4 years 3 managers since we got there manager Emanuel is the worst so far he leaves weird notices and is very rude and will try to charge you for everything when it is hot he will refuse to open the pool he cannot control the tenants expect loud and obnoxious neighbors APARTMENT QUALITY MOLD/INSULATION The insulation sucks on the windows and in the walls when it gets cold mold will grow and they will blame you as the problem and tell you to leave the window open ROACH I... read more
Sunset Sands is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. For move out reference they will over charge everything so they don’t have to pay your deposit back. My cars got broken into twice while staying there in less then a year staying there and they said they couldn’t help with anything because their cameras are for there use only!!! Trash is always backed up. Gates are always broken. Plus homeless people breaking in / cops are always showing up 😂😂😂 . Bad experience ever! And they will tow your cars for expire tags 🏷️
