I’ve had a positive experience living here so far. The rent is very reasonable for what you get, and the property manager Emmanuel made the move-in process smooth and stress free. I had a small issue with the restroom sink early on, but maintenance responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. Overall, solid value and great service.
Emmanuel was very friendly and professional. He made the application process very easy and kept in communication with me the whole way. I was very grateful to be able to move in on such short notice. The apartment was very clean and brand new. I’m excited to start my lease at Sunset Sands.
