I got my hair cut twice at Sunset Salon. The first time I got a decent cut. The same guy cut my hair a second time but he did not follow what I asked for. He didn't ask how I wanted the back before he took his clippers to my neck. Also, he did not bother to sweep away the hair from his previous client before having me sit down.
I had the worst experience at Sunset Salon. I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted, but I left with something completely different that I did not ask for. The process lasted about 2 hours with bleach, and it ended up burning and seriously damaging my hair. I was charged $280 for a result I am extremely unhappy with. The stylist, Ofelia, did not meet my expectations at all, and I was honestly in shock by how everything turned out, I was even holding back tears the entire time. Yesenia always cuts my haircut exactly as I like it to be cut. Friendly, professional and courteous. I recommend her highly 👌 👏.
