I’m leaving this review after only living in these apartments for 3 months. Hoping that I’ll save another family from making a decision to live here. I’m devastated my children & I still have to be here till August. It has literally been the worst place I have ever lived at. The office staff is rude or nonresponse when things need to be fixed. HOPING TO SAVE GOOD PEOPLE FROM THE GHETTO Where do I even begin …. If I could I would leave negative stars. Lived here for about 6 years and it was great until about 2 years ago. Hoy junio 27 de 2025 fui alas 530 pm aprox y aún y cuando dice que la atención al cliente es hasta las 6 pm, la oficina ya se encontraba cerrada. Acudo a solicitar información y no hay quien te atienda, de que se trata este lugar?
It’s a nice area. Been here for about 5 yrs. Every year my rent went up. Management has changed a few times in the past year. This new management KETTLER has bumped up the price even higher, don’t think this no longer a low income housing. To date my rent is up almost $500 we love this area but with management always changing and rent is going up all the time, it’s time to look elsewhere.
I have lived here for over 15 years. They have recently changed management 2 times in the last year. Now they have shut down online payments. No one responds to email requests sent through their own app. No one answers the phone and if you leave a message they don’t call back. They have not updated my apartment the entire time I have been here. I pay the same amount as new tenants with updated flooring and paint. I don’t know what is up with new management but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting better as time progresses.
