When I mean this is the worst complex I have ever lived in I really do mean that. The first apartment I had moved into where the floor was covered in dead insects. After being brought up we were changed to another unit. Constant issues with the A/C. The maintenance staff had maybe one qualified HVAC tech who told me that the units will not go below 70 degrees. When I asked why that was he told me they were manufactured that way. The exterminator for the complex can be scheduled a month out and had to be spraying such a dilu... read more
