Just applied and got approved. Super easy process and the property manager was very helpful and professional. Very excited to move in to my new apartment.
Sunset Ridge is a one star property for a reason! The trend for Reno Nv with slum lords is , 1.) No grounded electrical outlets. ( BLOWS YOUR APPLIANCES AND CELL PHONE BATTERIES . 2.) Massive water damage and lack of proper water pressure. BUBBLED FLOORING. In your case constant pipes breaking. 3.). Retaliation for requesting maintenance. 4.).
