Just applied and got approved. Super easy process and the property manager was very helpful and professional. Very excited to move in to my new apartment.

Sunset Ridge is a one star property for a reason! The trend for Reno Nv with slum lords is , 1.) No grounded electrical outlets. ( BLOWS YOUR APPLIANCES AND CELL PHONE BATTERIES . 2.) Massive water damage and lack of proper water pressure. BUBBLED FLOORING. In your case constant pipes breaking. 3.). Retaliation for requesting maintenance. 4.). Changing emails and or not answering emails from tenants. This also applies to several phone numbers. No return calls. 5.). No 24 Hr notice for inspection and lockboxes. ILLEGAL! 6.). ... read more

Looking back on my almost 3 year stay this team was extremely uncooperative and money hungry…..not sure about the apartment company but as for Sunset Ridge they are trying to charge me absurd amounts for normal wear and tear and 1 or 2 pillows left in a small cabinet and ac was still mounted. This should not cost 600+ for disposal and carpet….and “janitorial” which is obviously clear way to keep my deposit and charge me extra after the fact.
