Living here for about 3 months and we love it! There is a playground with basketball courts nearby that I can easily walk to with the children as well as a gym for the tenants to enjoy. Everyone has two reserved parking spaces in front of their units and there is plenty of extra space available next to the sidewalk, if needed. Management is very quick to answer phone calls or address maintenance issues, and it is very easy to put in a request on the online portal. Beautiful and spacious townhomes. Easy move in. Polite and helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood, what more can I ask for. 10/10 Glad I moved here.
Amazing, well maintained, clean and safe complex. Beautiful views and they are so quick to help with a repair and are always friendly. Happy tenant!
