My husband and I were in a really tough position when we finally found the folks at Briar Grove Townhomes. The management and maintenance staff--in particular Liz and Aaron--are superheroes. They made what felt impossible into reality. Aaron Munoz the maintenance man. I think he is the supervisor but anyway he is awesome. Fixing the problem the first time. And Brandy the property manager is phenomenal. Alex I had problems with in the beginning but turns out is awesome. But I do think Elizabeth needs to treat everybody equally not treat the Hispanic people differently than the others. Like a car lot repairs on the property and and the car sales. This is a business I understand but it is also our homes that we pay an ungodly amount of hidden fees for.
