Aaron is awesome! Lived here for a while, and he's been helpful whenever we have an issue with our unit (thanks to him we haven't had anything else wrong). Keep him around, PLEASE . Finding long term maintenance is rare... BUT FINDING A GOOD, DEDICATED MAINTENANCE GUY IS EVEN RARER!!! Keep him, because he's a rare one.
I like living here it's pretty quiet and the neighbors look out for each other the only problem is I never know what the additional cost would be my rent is 2100 but by the time I pay it's up to almost 300 a month other than that it's been wonderful living here
I honestly love living here at BriarGrove, the townhomes are spacious, the maintenance team especially Aaron always goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are taken care of in a timely manner! Brandi, Alex and Liz are always open to communication when needed! I’ve been here for almost 3 years and couldn’t have picked a better place for me and my family.
