We have a wonderful sense of community here. It's so nice to enjoy your neighbors. Maitinence is right on top of a problem. Some of the rules are a bit over the top but it's home and I would like to stay.

Scheduled a tour online days before and got a confirmation email. We got to the tour a little early and decided to wait until our appointment time. Watched the staff close the office and leave. Didn’t show up for our tour. It’s been over 15 minutes past our tour time and they still have not shown. Super disappointed.

Living at briar Grove has been a great experience Brandi property manager an the rest of the crew have been very professional and always very helpful to any maintenance request or rent issues. Great team love living here
