I'm sure they are a great on a budget if not then they suck.
Awful, horrible property. I've lived here for years and watched corporate fire each and every kind and helpful person on the property. I've watched managers, consultants, and staff give 110% to this property and their residents only to be forced out by corporate bs. Everytime staff tries to do anything to make this property better, corporate decides to implement a system that makes it worse.
