I love my apt. It’s very cute and a nice neighborhood. I’m grateful for the support from Sunset and their responsiveness to any issues that have come up. Great place to live!
Been living in their Mariemont Woods location for 3 months. It's my first apartment, so take this with a grain of salt. Pros: - Communication is frequent and concise. They send out frequent updates, and there's no unnecessary fluff in them. - They're very accommodating with drywall holes. Not the best communication on property management behalf. Seems to be a constant turnover with staffing. Miscommunication is a common theme. I’ve been with sunset for almost 2 years. Definitely room for improvement as a company. Maintenance requests are always on time and handled efficiently, the one thing I have been impressed with.
DO NOT rent from these guys, worst place to live in Cincinnati. They don’t care about the people that live there, only $. Also have cockroaches TERRIBLE
