DO NOT LIVE HERE. Buildings are in absolute disrepair. Landlord is not only negligent, but also rude, cheap, and completely unprofessional. Cannot stress enough how miserable of a living experience this was. Avoid any buildings owned by Sunset at ALL COSTS.
