I don't live here however, my best friend does. He is upset by the fact this place keeps raising their rent and nothing upsets me more than greed. I do not appreciate apartments going up in price due to unreasonable excuses. It was around the $1,000 mark. Then they added $200 for "washer and dryers" people dont pay $2400 a year for washers and dryers.. then $200 again for some other stupid reason and now another $200 because the excuse of, "After reviewing the income and expenses for the property, we find it necessary to inc... read more
Gotta say i love are home here at sunset apartments. Quiet, Family oreinted, right next door to the park. And the leasing manager. Is so kind. And well help any way she can :)
