My family has been renting from Sunset Properties for years and have always had a good experience. Everyone with Sunset have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Every property we rented was clean and well furnished.
So far, I'm really disappointed. They have a really nice pool, but the association refuses to turn the pool heater on, the the water is like ice water. The people above us in the condo are moving things and pounding on their floor, our ceiling, from early morning until late at night every day. For the price we paid for our unit, I definitely will not return. The furniture in Unit 405 is very outdated and smells. The drapes in the living room and bedroom are water stained.
