I had an appointment set up with Sunset 1 week in advance. On the day of the appointment agreed upon time came and went with no plumber. I called and spoke to their answering service who told me the appointment setter would have to call me back. 20 minutes later the plumber calls me to let me know that we was unable to get away from another job and was very sorry.
