Looks nice until you live there. Community: The pool was out of service for years, the hot tub is still out of service. The gym is not useable because they stuck a pool table in the middle that is missing balls. The “cabana” is old and outdated (think 1980’s) with mismatched old furniture and useless appliances. The HOA is $500 a month, which is supposed to include your water and landscaping maintenance, which is interesting because the landscapers come rarely and the grass is always brown.
