I scheduled a window on 8/9/24. Got reminder message to meet at location on same day morning. Once I reached location by 9am taking half day leave from office, staff told that no apartment available in the same budget and was sharing details of a more expensive apartment. If they know the apparent is already occupied, minimum professionalism need to show to update. So at least I can avoid half day leave.
Scheduled an appointment and they said they had available units then they called back and left a voicemail only to find out it's not available for another two months instead of one. Very unprofessional, immature staff that act like children running a business.
