The complex is in a nice area, appearances of the building are very well preserved, street parking is not a problem, also is very private front door always closed. Maintenance required is attended promptly. The maintenance of the stairs’ apartments are not well maintained clean by the building staff tenants must clean them up. Maintenance guy Arnell is the best he handles maintenance request in a timely manner and does it efficiently.
We had a tour scheduled recently and the manager didn't even notice us waiting. We could hear him talking rudely to someone over the phone so we didn't even bother going into the office. We looked around the first floor on our own and left faster than it took us to drive there. The carpet was disgusting and the building smelled like mildew. The trash area was so dirty , they had exit signs dangling by a thread and overall the building seemed dirty. The recent reviews are misleading. Citrus Gardens Apartments has changed a lot since we first moved in in 2021. The property has added several new amenities like a doggie wash station, media room, communal kitchen, BBQ grills, etc. They have also experienced new management and office staff. With that said we are very happy with the current staff. In particular, Jocelyn because she is very knowledgeable and is always ready to help. Her care for the Citrus Gardens community is undeniable. Never had any problem with getting any repairs fixed thank you to the maintenance team they always show up right after submitting an issue, special thanks to Arnel from maintenance very friendly and professional.
