Worst experience living here ,they had audacity to keep raising the bills here as I might add this place is literally falling apart the apartment had multiple problems with plumbing and such and I kept reporting and opening a case for it to be checked out for years and not once have they fully fixed it ,along with that they have a bad community bad management rude employees dirty outside management the so call pool they have doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for years and they have the audacity to raise the bill this is when I ... read more
Rat and roach infested and they love to steal people property. My mom has been in the hospital unresponsive and they allowed someone to forge her signature for an apartment that she is no longer using and they’re trying to keep me from getting my mom things. They’re being very rude and disrespectful. This place needs to be shut down. The places are terrible. Ran down beat up in their overcharging for these apartments someone needs to call Cole enforcement.
