Jean was excellent throughout the leasing process and made everything very easy from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would also like to give a special thank you to Chaunte, who was always friendly and willing to help whenever I had questions or needed copies of my lease. Both were wonderful to work with, and I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service.
I would never try to lease from the place ever again. Royal American is absolutely garbage. They made me wait 4 months to give me an answer. They never answer the phone here and I paid an $85 application fee just I get disapproved because of their unprofessional compliance, 2 years later I get a letter from collections saying I never paid the application fee when I very well paid it. When I called regarding this matter they said they couldn’t look into my account because it was too old yet I get a letter from collections sta... read more

Worst experience living here ,they had audacity to keep raising the bills here as I might add this place is literally falling apart the apartment had multiple problems with plumbing and such and I kept reporting and opening a case for it to be checked out for years and not once have they fully fixed it ,along with that they have a bad community bad management rude employees dirty outside management the so call pool they have doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for years and they have the audacity to raise the bill this is when I ... read more
