Service has become inconsistent throughout the years regardless of contract service period agreed to. I contracted the provider for a bimonthly service; but it seemed that the provider would always get ahead each service period. In other words, a bimonthly service would require 6 service visits per year; but by the end of the year the service charges would exceed the contracted service agreement.
