Yeah I would just kinda avoid this place if you can. The endodontists here left my molars basically wide open for three months before seeing me again. No proper protection for it, no antibiotics, no way to reach the person who worked on my teeth, and I proceeded to experience the most painful infection of my life in between those three months. I had a very disappointing experience bringing my six-year-old daughter to this dental office. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior here. My family has been coming to this office for over 10 years, and this is the second serious issue we’ve had. Horrible! Terrible patient assistance and customer service! Their lack of proper assistance caused me to miss an appointment with the podiatrist that I waited six months for. They have poor communication and they do not triple.Check that contact information is correct. If you need patient assistance with getting an MAS car ride booked good luck getting help here. You will give them the correct phone number a hundred times and a hundred times they will continue to call the incorrect phone number. Don't waste your time making ... read more
El doctor le dió un referido a mi hijo para esta clínica, llamé para agendar la cita y la recepcionista me habló de una manera muy cortante y ofensiva, no le quiso hacer la cita y mi hijo está con mucho dolor, me dijo que llamara en 6 días para hacerme la cita, osea que me dio una cita para hacer una cita con el especialista, así de déspota y nefasta fue la mujer que atendió mi llamada.
The pediatrician PATRICIA DESTEFANO is unprofessional and direspectful. She refused to see my child and blamed me for showing up late when the nurses told me to come in that day and that the time was ok. She yelled at me making a scene making my toddler cry. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. As well as some of the nurses here who administered the vaccines, they have no patience and will have an attitude with the the parent and child when they have a hard time giving a child their shots.
