The worst dental department of any NYC hospital. Receptionist made every attempt possible to not allow me to schedule an appointment and discouraged me on the phone. I told her I was in pain and in urgent need of an operation. These people have no business working in the health sector if they have no desire to help people.
Not again the worst experience ever
Lutheran Rehab is ok for PT OT and speech therapy; nice exercise equipment. However the Drug Therapy is inappropriate. The pt I am with has low RBC and low hemaglobin indicating anemia; every blood test for the past 3 weeks indicates this pt is anemic, but the pt has not been tested for homocysteine to confirm the need for Bcomplex and pt has not been given Bcomplex which is the appropriate treatment to increase red blood cell production and increase hemoglobin count in the CBC. Dental department is the worst I have ever experienced. Ive been there twice for "consultations" and never got a cleaning or fillings or anything from them. I've been waiting 1 year now for an appointment for dental work. I called over a dozen times and sent messages through my chart and I get no return call and no reply. Now my teeth are loose! DO NOT waste time here. This place should be investigated.
